"Monologue Dialogue" are basically public art projects. The art work is only part of the overall project. The monologue of people standing in front of art work becomes a power to deepen their thoughts. The "Dialogue" between the place, the environment, and the people who appreciate the art work has the power to change people's minds and public. Both "Monologue" and "Dialogue" complete the public art.
